CITIZENS DEFENCE AGAINST POLICE THUGGERY

Many law abiding people, particularly those idealistically inclined towards the survival of the (white) race, are touchingly naïve about the Police and their methods. Their innocence is often rewarded with a court conviction. The importance of law and order cannot be understated but do remember that the Police and courts will interpret the concept of law and order differently from perhaps you.

Consider too that the Police are under immense pressure to gain as many arrests and convictions as they can. As they consider their own career prospects more important than yours don’t be surprised if policemen lie in their teeth to get you arrested and banged up.

Case History.1: Carl is a business executive of excellent reputation. He and his fiancé attend a function and on leaving see several youths fighting. When the Police arrive Carl’s public-spirited fiancé points out several offenders to the police.

One of those identified threatens her. Carl raises his finger to warn him against his threats and he is promptly arrested and charged with affray. Despite his protestations of innocence he was convicted.

THE MISSING FILM OF INNOCENCE

Two policemen perjured themselves by saying Carl had physically attacked one of the youths and had struck a policeman. Carl had done neither but the policemen’s word was accepted. Carl appealed because he knew the CCTV camera would prove his innocence. Alas, the film had apparently ‘gone missing’. The club (and camera) owner has been got at.

So you might see your political activity as being 1. Within the law 2. Democratically acceptable 3. Patriotic. But to the police it is anything but. To them you are a radical, a bloody nuisance and best removed. They are concerned about potential unlawful reaction to your protest and they are equally concerned that their political bosses don’t like political opposition on the streets. And so the police remove the potential problem. That’s you!

Case History No.2: Michael and Matthew are two fifteen-year-olds youngsters hanging around with three older youths. The older boys insult a couple of similarly aged youths and blows are exchanged.

CONVICTED FOR BEING INNOCENT

The two younger boys scared and out of their depth do what any sensible person would do. They run off. There is no suggestion they took part in the physical attack but they are charged with affray anyway. It is a charge that carries a possible gaol sentence for something they clearly didn’t do. How can that be?

Their earlier presence in the group ‘added to the general menace of the situation’. It is as simple as that. That is ‘affray’.

Incidentally and as a point of Orwellian interest both of these fifteen-year old Britons were placed in a cell and had their fingerprints and DNA swabs taken. In seconds these were registered and matched on an American computer and will be kept there for all time if they’re convicted.

The charge of affray is a Police catch-all. It means the Police have the power to arrest and charge the guilty and the innocent to 1. Defuse a situation and 2. Prevent assembly. 3. Use as deterrent to prevent provocative assembly.

Remember, if you are part of a group or even a bystander during an affray, even though you are not actually involved, you may well be arrested and charged with affray. This will apply in similar situations like fly posting, at a football match or at a political rally.

ANTI-WHITE DISCRIMINATION

Remember too that someone has to fill the (arrest) gap! Arrests and clear-up rates are dropping against a background of rising crime. The Police are understandably cautious when dealing with anti-social behaviour committed predominantly by coloureds. This means a drop in arrest statistics and this problem can only be addressed by – well arresting more whites. If you are white then be warned.

Never make the mistake of thinking that a policeman concerns himself with the wheels of justice. That is not his job. He sees himself as a fisherman bringing as much of a catch as he can on to the deck. He leaves it to others (the courts) to sort them out. (Kill ‘em all, let God sort them out). If they get it wrong now and again he can justify it. He will just comfort himself with the thought that you are now banged up for the times you weren’t caught. He does sleep easily believe me.

ADVICE FOR RACIALLY AWARE WHITE ACTIVISTS

The following information is appropriate for British activists but comrades in other countries will find much of this information similarly appropriate and useful.

1. If questioned or arrested never feel obliged to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth until the police do likewise. Initially protest your innocence by all means but leave explanation until a solicitor advises you. Never ever admit to anything even if the evidence of guilt seems overwhelming.

Let me give you an example. You could be caught fly posting. The paste bucket is at your feet and the poster in your hand. But, perhaps the ‘offender’ had run off leaving the bucket there and you were simply removing the ‘offensive’ poster?

You have been using your computer to democratically broadcast information and the police take an interest in it. Because it is in your home or office doesn’t mean you put that material on or hit the ‘send’ button. After all your entire home is a sort of sort of commune and the whole world and his dog uses the computer.

It is then up to the Police to (impossibly) prove you personally were responsible for publishing or potentially publishing the material. Likewise printed material. It is not an offence to have it on your premises; it becomes an offence only when (provably) you distribute it. That is virtually impossible to prove – unless you are stupid enough to hand it to a policeman.

NEVER EVER DISCUSS ANYONE ELSE

2. Never ever give anyone’s name to the police. Why should you help them? Nor should you ever discuss anyone else with the police. The police may (will) imply or offer inducements for you to talk about someone else. Don’t do it and warn your friends about this tactic. Agree beforehand between yourselves never to discuss anyone else. As far as the police are concerned you are all casual acquaintances to each other; you are not on named terms.

3. Never make or sign a statement unless a solicitor is with you. Stick to: "I have no comment to make’. ‘I don’t understand why you should question me’, ‘I have done nothing wrong’. It is their job to prove you are potentially guilty; it is not your job to help them prove it.

4. An arrest is unlawful unless you are told you are under arrest and given the grounds for your arrest at the time. Otherwise you are free to go but be wary; it is often safer to stay with the police. See No.5.

5. Remember the police may plant evidence on you or in your home or car. This might be politically questionable literature, drugs or weapons. I know of one person who although he remained within the law had made something of a nuisance of himself by opposing coloured immigration.

The police did a dawn raid and took away several items of clothing which ended up at forensic with shards of glass taken from an Indian takeaway’s broken window. My friend Bob got two years for an offence that had been committed when he was in bed several miles away. The police had simply rubbed the glass into his jumper.

LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS

The police and informers are also adept at infiltration so make sure you know who your friends are. Remember: "loose lips sink ships".

6. If arrested you have a statutory right to consult a solicitor, in private and free of charge. All English and Welsh police stations have a duty solicitor on call.

7. If you are arrested you are entitled to have a friend, relative or person known to you notified of your predicament, at public expense. This right may be exercised each time you are transferred to another police station.

The police will caution you that any communication made between you and this person may be given in evidence – unless the communication is with a solicitor.

8. If and when interviewed it must be done quickly and professionally and you should be released as soon as possible. You should also have read to you ‘any significant statement or silence’ made by another which could be used in evidence.

Prolonged or oppressive questioning, denial of a solicitor, or other breaches of the Act may render confessions inadmissible in court.

REMAIN SILENT

9. You have an absolute right to remain silent and leave it to the court to determine guilt or otherwise. Remember, you are not obliged to say anything. It is up to the police to prove their case, it is not up to you to disprove it. Unless the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) has more than a 50% chance of success they (it isn’t a police decision) will not put ythe case to court.

10. It is estimated that on an average day your every day routine will be filmed over 300 times on CCTV cameras strategically placed around the town. You might seem to be on a deserted street but assume that you are being filmed. Learn how to disguise yourself; it’s fun. Obviously wear headgear of some kind but not as a trademark. In other words don’t habitually wear a baseball cap as then it can be actually used to identify you.

Wear the kind of clothes that 1. Masks your face (collar pulled up) 2. Disguises your age (an older person’s style of clothing) 3. Walk with a slight limp. 4. Never linger.

MAKING OFFICIAL COMPLAINTS

One last thing. Never be afraid to make a complaint against the police. Remember it is the policeman’s job to ensure you abide by the rules so why shouldn’t he abide by the rules too?

Policemen break the rules every day; they couldn’t do theirs job without breaking the rules. Coloureds know it and they exploit it. They know THEIR rights and they automatically kick up a fuss when their rights are compromised. That is why the police these days prefer to harass and arrest easy target whites, like (white) motorists for instance. Law abiding whites! They are a turkey shoot for coppers.

DON’T WHITES HAVE RIGHTS TOO?

If we are going to enjoy real racial equality then white people too must be aware that they too have rights too and ensure they take full advantage of them.

Sadly the policeman is hidebound by rules and he must even be professional in his demeanour towards you. He might have (they all do) had an attitude problem. That is ground for complaint. It is (for them) a long, expensive and tortuous process so go for it.

You can complain about literally anything. He swore. He was racially offensive (because you have an Irish name he called you a ‘paddy’). He touched you intimately and you didn’t like the way his hand sort of suggestively caressed your whatever.

He must read out your rights to you, properly. Believe me, if you know your rights and are prepared to exercise them, you can make life a lot more miserable for him than he can for you. Just remember that your complaint must have substance.

He deliberately banged your head on the cell wall, he called you a bastard, he threatened you, and he touched you. He made a racist joke. If he hurts you, offends you, is unprofessional, then complain. I will show you how in a small lesson in the making.

Finally as a political activists in a politically correct Britain where freedom of speech and the free dissemination of opinion is outlawed it is possible that your freedom will be threatened. Put your legal seatbelt on. In other words know your rights.

YOUR RIGHTS – THE LIBERTY GUIDE

Pick up a copy of YOUR RIGHTS, THE LIBERTY GUIDE, The Sixth Edition is published by the National Council for Civil Liberties/Pluto Press and its ISBN number is ISBN 0 7453 1163 6. The soft back edition is just £12.99 and can be purchased or ordered from by bookshop.

This book is the ‘bible’ of the radical left, pro-immigration groups and the anti-social misfits who are seemingly untouchable these days. This book is the main reason for their being untouchable. These guys know the law; they know how to protect themselves from the police and the courts. And equally important they have learned one of the most important prerequisites of radical opposition and subversion; ‘screw’ the system by tying it up in its own rules and complaints procedures.

Good luck and raise a glass to freedom from oppression.
